135# BS 20x. Row felt good, around 3:50. Thrusters went 25-10-9-6. Pull ups were 5-5-5-5-3-2-2-1-1-1. I agree with Clint. The easiest part by far were the multiple rests. I don't get why people don't do it more often.

HAHAHAHA-that is funny Crump!  Great job to everyone that pr'ed today.  I was and have been in sloth mode so needless to say didn't even come close to beating my last time.

@Matt-Maybe I should make that burpee bet with you everyday....
