5:00am did 7 rounds of 2 minutes of work with 1 minute of rest. Each 2 minute wo Knperiod, we did as many rounds as possible. Each of the 7 work time frames, I completed 2 full rounds plus 6 EA DB snatches for a total of 210 reps.
