WOD (W):
The Lyon

5 rounds, each for time of:
165/115 squat cleans, 7 reps
165/115 shoulder-to-overheads, 7 reps
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

Ideally, use a pull-up bar that is 6 inches above your max reach when standing.

Master's 50+:
The Lyon

5 rounds, each for time of:
95-135/55-95 squat cleans, 7 reps
95-135/55-95 shoulder-to-overheads, 7 reps
10 C2B OR Pull Ups

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

Ideally, use a pull-up bar that is 6 inches above your max reach when standing.
