All of our HiiT Fit classes are 50 minutes and include a combination of self powered Trueform treadmills, TRX bands, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, plyometrics, and spin bikes. During this time you can expect to receive an intense full body workout while moving between stations. This fun group exercise class is geared towards toning and tightening those problem areas while having fun and kicking butt. Our HiiT Fit classes will leave you feeling energized and empowered.
